Embedded RevOps leadership for scaling B2B companies

Scale revenue without scaling the chaos.

Turn revenue goals into working systems and consistent execution. Embedded in your team, I personally lead and deliver the work, using AI-native RevOps to improve visibility, reduce friction and make growth more predictable.

What I do

Strategy, Data, Systems, People, AI.
I bind it all with RevOps.

Most RevOps help comes in halves: someone to build or someone to architect. I do both, and you can start with whichever you need most.

Build the engine

GTM Engineering

When you need a specific thing fixed or built fast: a scoped project with one measurable outcome, proof before you commit further.

Delivered as scoped projectsExplore GTM Engineering →
01
Systems and Data Foundation
A system of record your team trusts. The foundation everything else needs.
02
Signal-Based Allbound Engine
Pipeline from both directions: captured inbound and signal-led outbound.
03
Retention & Expansion Engine
Deep account health signals that drive satisfaction, surface expansion, and catch risk before it churns.
04
Revenue Intelligence & Reporting
The reporting and forecasting layer that turns guesswork into a number you can defend.
Own the engine

Embedded RevOps

When you need an operator inside the team who owns the whole engine and runs the cadence with you week over week.

As part of your teamExplore Embedded RevOps →
01
Strategy, Architecture & Change Leadership
The revenue engine (GTM motion, ICP tiering, operating model), plus the adoption.
02
Planning, Forecasting & Commissions
The number and the machinery: planning, forecasting, territory, capacity, and commissions.
03
Process, Execution & Retention
One owned lead-to-cash-to-renewal process, with no handoff left to chance.
04
Data, Systems & Governance
One governed source of truth: clear owners, a lean stack, canonical metrics.
The track record

My work with revenue leaders.

Enterprise AI · $110M revenue

The forecast wasn't wrong. It was negotiated.

Uniphore built its forecast bottoms-up in a spreadsheet from what eighty reps chose to type, and a fifth of pipeline slipped in the final days of every quarter. I replaced opinion with evidence (deal confidence from what buyers actually did) and rebuilt the planning and board-reporting layer underneath it.

HR technology · $16.5M revenue

Four functions owned revenue. Which meant nobody did.

Sales, marketing, customer success and finance each owned a slice of revenue, so nobody owned the number end to end. And $2.24M a year was leaking through the gaps. As Head of RevOps reporting to the CEO, I took ownership of the whole engine: the plan, the deal desk, the retention motion and the data.

InsurTech · $11M→$55M ARR

RevOps doesn't create growth. It decides whether you survive it.

I joined at ~$11M ARR as founding head of revenue operations, with no plan, no systems, and 8% of new customers churning during onboarding. I built the infrastructure that let the company absorb 5x growth to $55M, starting with the sales-to-onboarding handover that was quietly dropping one in twelve new customers.

The data didn't exist. So we manufactured it.

Paris Gourmet wanted to sell to restaurants directly, but the data needed to prospect them doesn’t exist for sale. An AI agent swarm manufactured 30,000 verified, ICP-qualified restaurant records at about $0.08 each. A direct channel appeared where the company had never had one.

“Our forecast was a weekly negotiation and everybody knew it. Shashank didn’t argue with the number. He changed where it came from. The team he built still runs our entire revenue operations function.”

Santosh Iyer
VP Revenue Operations, Uniphore

“He was the first person who owned the whole number instead of a slice of it, and told me things I didn’t want to hear a quarter before I needed to. By the time he left, retention was something we could forecast.”

Vijay Y
CEO, Keka

“We were growing fast enough that everything was about to break, and Shashank was the first person who could tell me which thing, and when. He built it all for a company much bigger than the one we were, which is why we never had to stop and rebuild.”

Abhishek Poddar
Founder & CEO, Plum

“We thought we had a pipeline problem. What we actually had was a pipeline we couldn’t see: companies applying for loans our sales team never knew about. Four months, from spreadsheets to a revenue engine.”

Denada Ramnishta
CRO, Efficient Capital Labs

“Shashank didn’t come back with a campaign. He came back and said the data we needed didn’t exist and he was going to build it. In two quarters we had a hundred and forty restaurants buying from us directly.”

John Duffy
CMO, Paris Gourmet

“For twelve years we ran the business out of one notes field and called it tribal knowledge. He replaced it with something a system could finally read, and the first time we closed a quarter on real numbers, it changed how we make decisions.”

Shawn Stauffer
CTO, Work Wear Safety

  • Agreed priorities and outcomes, with clear accountability.
  • Hands-on ownership of systems, processes and delivery.
  • Regular reviews of progress, performance and next steps.
Commitment
Quarterly engagement, with priorities reviewed each quarter.

A retainer agreed around outcomes and scope, not hours. Starts at $8,000
All about the fit

A poor fit costs us both. Let's be honest about it.

On the wrong side of the line? I'll tell you on the first call and point you somewhere better. Saying no is how I protect the few I say yes to.
